First floor. This peaceful 3-room apartment has a living room and two bedrooms, open kitchen and bath wih baththub and shower. New fitted kitchen with stove, dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, fridge, Microwave etc. The bathroom with a round glas shower cabine and of course a window. The living room has a sitting area with four chairs, sofa bed, LCD TV,stereo system, SAT TV, telephone, wireless internet and landline calls in Germany are included in the rent ! The master bedroom has a king sizebed, dressers, mirrors, the second bedroom has two single beds. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and the both sleeping rooms are tiled. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. The view from all windows displays into the Greens. A parking space can be booked with this apartment. It's located in a quiet 30-km zone.
